Ernesto Santalla, PLLC—formerly Studio Santalla—has worked with DC Business Centers to renovate several of their Washington, DC commercial short-term office spaces. Locations near the Capitol, on Farragut Square, and in Georgetown, on the C&O Canal all received a modern makeover.  Our interior design started with sophisticated and contemporary lobbies, to provide a warm reception to these time-share office blocks.  Modern style is accented with bold colors and elegant finishes. Dramatic lighting and large scale photography by Ernesto Santalla Photography makes a bold statement. Spartan yet sophisticated private offices are paired with contemporary and airy glass-enclosed conference rooms.  Santalla designed comfortable and  functional cafe  and lounge spaces  for these facilities, giving clients a comfortable retreat from their workspaces. Our design focused on making a strong impression on short term office clients, and a flexible design that allows for changes in the way clients need to use the space.
